What we can recommend is that you check with your neighbors if they don’t have the package, or consult your local post office.

Most customers in the same situation as you have found their item either with their neighbor or at the local post office. All domestic delivery problems become the responsibility of the local postal service once the parcel has been dispatched. You can contact them directly.

If you have not received your parcel, we advise you to contact your local post office to arrange a new delivery, or to collect your item immediately. As the carrier usually has a collection time limit, we advise you to collect your parcel immediately, otherwise it may be returned to our warehouse.
